The debate will be streamed

If you're interested in watching or listening to tonight's second debate among Mexico's presidential candidates for the upcoming election, the Federal Electoral Commission Institute will be streaming it online at 8:30pm CST. This is the only official debate feed of the debate among the candidates.

Update: Read more about the rules and content of the debates.

This is not the only official debate among the candidates, there was one in April where AMLO decided not to participate, but was official. The Federal Electoral Institute (since the electoral reform of 1996 it's called Institute, not Commission as it was when Gobernación controlled it) will air the only official transmission of the second debate. There is a slight difference.
What's your opinion on what happended to Ahumada's wife? Her Suburban was shot today, when she planned to make public more corruption videos of the AMLO team

Thanks for the correction(s). The "button" on the IFE website clearly says "2o debate." Sorry, for the sloppy translation of IFE...many readers wouldn't have known the difference or cared.

I had not heard about Ahumada's wife....haven't followed things that closely...will have to investigate tonight after the debate when I have more time and get back to you.
